Car insurance company Admiral, which has a base in Swansea's SA1, is the best place to work in Wales, according to a Sunday newspaper. The motor insurer was ranked 57th overall in the UK in a list published in The Sunday Times.
The survey was compiled from results given by employees to 66 questions on workplace culture.
It is not the first time the company has appeared in the satisfaction list, and bosses are proud they can make life a little better for their staff.
A spokesman for Admiral said: "It is fantastic to appear in the list again, as we have done so ever since it began."
Staff were surveyed on their company's leadership, their personal well-being, career development, pay and benefits, their feelings towards colleagues, managers and the company as a whole, and giving something back to the community.
Company bosses say the philosophy is that people who enjoy their work do it better.
The insurance firm was set up by its millionaire chief executive Henry Engelhardt.
In a bid to improve the working environment, bosses established a Ministry of Fun to organise events in and out of the office.
And the policies have clearly paid off, with the company achieving an impressive 86 per cent positive score in the list - ninth out of the 100 companies featured.
Friendly forums, online chats, management presentations and celebratory lunches for outstanding performances have gone down well, with four out of five staff feeling that managers talk openly and honestly to them.
A similar number say they are appreciated for a job well done.
The company, which recently posted record profits, regularly rewards staff with shares in the company.
At the start of this month, around 900 staff were handed a windfall worth an average of £3,000 after posting £182 million profits.
A company spokesman said: "Managers recognise that the success comes from the staff working in Cardiff and Swansea, and this is a way of thanking them and giving a sense of ownership."
The survey also shows massive backing for managers, and the boss, Mr Engelhardt.
Each member of staff at Admiral is given a piece of a jigsaw by Mr Engelhardt when they join the company, as a reminder that they are part of the overall picture.
Set up in 1993 to sell motor insurance, the company has kept its Welsh links.
The firm's spokesman added: "We are extremely proud to be a Welsh company and to be leading the way is a real honour."
