The movers and shakers of Carmarthenshire's business world have been honoured at a glittering ceremony.Teddington Engineering Solutions was the star of the show after scooping the Exporter of the Year title.
The Llanelli-based firm - which in the past five years has successfully pulled itself back from the financial brink - also went on to claim the top prize of Business of the Year.
Collecting the award, commercial director Paul Greenwood paid tribute to the help the company had received from local organisations.
"There is a lot of assistance available within the county, from the county council to International Business Wales, which we are very grateful to," he said, also acknowledging the work of his partners Richard Thomas and Steve Jones.
Since a management buyout in 2003, the company has provided parts for a range of international projects, including the highly prestigious £4.2 billion Burj Tower and Mall in Dubai - the world's tallest building - and the emirate's unique Palm Islands development.
The Carmarthenshire Business Awards ceremony, run by community enterprise group Antur Teifi and the county council, was held at Llanelli's Stradey Park Hotel.
Hosting the evening was BBC Wales presenter Jason Mohammad, who said: "There is a level of entrepreneurship in Carmarthenshire like no other."
