A careers fayre will be staged in Llanelli this week.
Jobs advice and courses information will be handed out at the event.
Anyone needing help to decide their career path or looking to become self- employed are encouraged to attend.
Help and advice on improving CVs, coming off benefits, and training opportunities will also be available.
The event, organised by the Carmarthenshire’s Communities First team, will be held at the Diplomat Hotel from 11am-3pm on Thursday, 29 August, and is supported by partner organisations including Careers Wales, Foothold, Coleg Sir Gar, Shaw Trust and Prime Cymru.
Communities First Development Worker Amy Wakefield said: “This careers fayre promises to be a very worthwhile event and we encourage anyone needing assistance to come along and see what is on offer.
“There will be a range of advice stands and we are hoping for a good turnout.”
