Hammerson plc has been chosen by the City and County of Swansea and its partner, the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG), to lead the £1 billion regeneration of the city's major retail and waterfront sites over the next 10 years.

To the west, Llanelli Waterside development is transforming the waterfront into a thriving new business, leisure and residential community.

In Neath Port Talbot, Baglan Energy Park is the first stage in the regeneration of Baglan Bay, a single development site to eventually total some 1,500 acres.
