A new literature festival set in the beautiful surroundings of Dinefwr Park and Castle in Llandeilo.
The Dinefwr Literature Festival is a collaboration between Literature Wales, the National Trust, and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
The Dinefwr Literature Festival will feature writer Howard Marks, musicians Julian Cope and Gruff Rhys and poets Sir Andrew Motion and Gillian Clarke.
Its organisers say it will be the first of its kind, and promise an eclectic mix of high quality literature, music, comedy and cinema.
Other festivals guests will include award-winning writer and filmmaker Iain Sinclair; poet and broadcaster Luke Wright; novelist, poet and football devotee, Joe Dunthorne together with writer and professor of linguistics, David Crystal and Irish short-story writer Claire Keegan
The site will have a dedicated camping field for the weekend, plus outdoor entertainment and a variety of stalls.
Early bird adult weekend tickets are £48 and £5.50 for children.
Organisers say they have decided to close the park to non-ticket holders on the grounds of safety. It will reopen on July 2.
