A £12.5 million office development in Swansea Vale has been completed.
Kenmore Property Group's Crucible Park is made up of two buildings - the 29.316sq ft CP One and 68,355 sq ft CP Two.
It is the larg
est speculative Grade A office development currently available in the region.
Ron Slater, head of regional infrastructure at the Assembly, said: "With the highest levels of European grant funding available not only for new investment and job creation, but also for capital expenditure projects and for safeguarding jos, Crucible Park provides a great option for new, exapanding and existing businesses."
Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Knight Frank will market Crucible Park.
