Eleven Welsh restaurants have been introduced to The Good Food Guide 2010, the annual directory of the best restaurants in the UK.
The new entries, which include two in Swansea, brings the total number of Welsh restaurants in the guide to 85.
And those making the grade for the first time include Darcy's in Mumbles, and Maes-yr-Haf in Parkmill. Angel Vaults in Carmarthen also makes the grade.
The accolade caps a successful two years for the family behind Maes-yr- Haf, which last year won the Best Meal Out award from Swansea Bay Tourism, and has also received another industry award, the AA rosette.
The family-run business is owned by Lunnon-based couple Colin and Patty Ford.
Nephew and manager David Kelly, said: "It is gratifying to have made the Good Food Guide, because we have put in a lot of hard work. The building was bought at auction and we have created a modern setting, and we serve good, local food, but in a relaxed setting.
"Being listed in the guide is great because a lot of people use it as a bible to find out where to stay and dine for holidays in the UK.
"It means that people coming here can expect a good meal."
The inclusion of Darcy's comes just a year after it opened on the site of the former 698 Restaurant.
Another Swansea businesses, Gower's Fairyhill, is a regular in the book, and last year won the Which? Good Food Guide Welsh Restaurant of the Year title.
Editor of The Good Food Guide 2010 Elizabeth Carter, said: "The principality seems to be a magnate for talented chefs. Particular acknowledgment goes to all the new entries and to the high standards of all Welsh restaurants in the guide."
