Three Swansea projects have been shortlisted in the 2010 Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Awards.
The projects are the regeneration of the Patti Pavillion, Brynmill; the redesign of the DVLA building in Morriston; and the second phase of the development of Swansea Campus in Singleton park.
The Awards consists of four categories: building conservation; regeneration; sustainability and community benefit.
