The wraps have finally come off a £25 million Swansea development designed to help regenerate a rundown part of the city.
Over the past two weeks, scaffolding has been taken down in phases to reveal the new scheme by Coastal Housing.
The project has also been funded by the Welsh Government.
Debbie Green, group director of finance for Coastal Housing, said: "We are getting to the stage where we are getting quite excited ourselves. The six retail units are almost ready to be let.
"Mal Pope's Cappucino Girls is going to take a couple of units from Thursday until Christmas. We want people to walk to that area of High Street."
She said there were plans for a cafe/bistro and Kings Lane would also be pedestrianised under the scheme.
