Plans for a new 164-bed hotel in Swansea’s Maritime Quarter look like getting the green light.
OPCO wants to construct a five storey hotel with restaurant on the former spontex site, now known as Swansea Point.

The five storey building will feature a fitness room, bar and meeting rooms with basement and surface car parks.
Consideration of the plans was deferred by Swansea councillors last month to allow for a site visit.
A report to the council states: “The development proposes to use the Hilton Garden Inn concept intended to create a high-quality destination for visitors to the area.”
